First off: I agree think some of arguments are sound. Fedi isn't going away. Donation models work.
But face it – Fedi will never attract majority. Nor do they want/should to.
Currently as alt. go #bluesky (still in diapers) gets my vote over #Twitter.
But that nor any other social has to FAIL in order for Fediverse to "WIN". There is no one "winner".
