Not to rain on Nikki's parade, but i'm a realist – most people especially ones who weren't around for 1.0 are already trying to find another Twitter. "Simple" for many will still win.
But RSS is coming back – just a question of how much and in what potential new forms now that #opensource tech has progressed.
