#WordPress (org) 2020 annual survey results: 17k doesn’t quite represent anywhere near a good sample size. Some numbers 👍🏻 but Net Promoter Score (NPS) “a loyalty metric” is down.
More data for 2021 survey is needed, everyone should try to share.
